How it works
Your subscription is prepaid for the term you choose. When that term ends, it renews automatically for the same length at the same price, so your flowers don’t stop unexpectedly.
We’d rather you stay because you want the flowers, not because you forgot to cancel.
Subscription questions
Each month we arrange from what’s freshest and best that week, which is how you get the nicest flowers for the price. If there’s something the recipient loves — or can’t stand — tell us when you sign up and we’ll note it permanently.
Yes to both. Message us before the delivery day and we’ll skip it, move it to a different date or time slot, or send it somewhere else. A skipped month is added to the end of your term, so you never lose a delivery you’ve paid for.
Yes — you pick the day of the month and a time slot when you sign up, and we keep to it every month. Want it to land on a Friday evening, or a Monday morning at the office? Just tell us. You can change it any time by messaging us.
That’s one of the most popular ways to use it. We deliver to the recipient with a card each month, and the photo confirmation comes to you. They get the flowers; you get the credit.
Message us and we’ll stop future renewals. Since the term is prepaid, you’ll still receive the remaining deliveries you’ve already paid for — or if you’d rather not, talk to us and we’ll work something out.
