The tricky ones
Give us the building name and unit number. Many Pattaya condos won’t let couriers past the lobby — our drivers know which ones need the guard called ahead, so your gift reaches the door rather than the gate.
Add the hotel name and room number if you have it. Most hotels take deliveries at reception and call the guest — we’ll leave it with the front desk and photograph the handover.
Include the ward and room number. Some wards restrict fresh flowers, so tell us if you’re unsure and we’ll suggest something that’s always welcome.
Delivery questions
Yes — at checkout you pick both the date and a time slot, so you can aim for the morning of a birthday, a lunchtime surprise at the office, or an evening delivery once they’re home. Order before 2 PM and today’s slots are available for same-day delivery.
Our driver calls the recipient. If they can’t answer, we’ll contact you on Line or WhatsApp to agree what to do — leave it with a guard or reception, or come back later. We don’t abandon gifts at doors.
Yes. Tick the surprise option at checkout and we won’t call ahead — we’ll simply arrive. You still get the photo afterwards.
We photograph every delivery and send it to your Line or WhatsApp. You’ll see the gift, and usually the smile that came with it.
Our shop is closed on Sundays, but the online store never is. Orders placed on a Sunday go out Monday morning, and we do run deliveries on most public holidays — message us if you need a specific date and we’ll confirm.
