Our story
Pattaya is a city of people from somewhere else. Walk down Naklua
Road and half the people you pass have family in another country, a
partner in another province, or someone they’re trying to stay close
to across a time zone. That distance is the ordinary condition here,
not the exception.
It’s also the reason this shop works the way it does. When you’re
far away, sending a gift stops being about the object and starts being
about proof — proof you remembered, proof it arrived, proof it looked
the way you hoped. Everything we’ve built is aimed at that. We buy
fresh at market each morning and arrange by hand rather than pulling
something pre-made from a chiller. We deliver with our own drivers
instead of handing your order to a courier who has no idea what’s in
the box. And we photograph every delivery, because a tracking number
tells you a parcel moved while a photograph tells you it reached the
right person and made them smile.
The rest is just care taken over small things. Cards written out in
ink rather than printed. Flowers chosen for the occasion rather than
whatever’s left. Someone answering your message who actually knows
where your order is, because they’re standing next to it.
We’re not a nationwide catalogue that forwards your order to
whichever florist happens to be nearest. We’re
the people who actually hand your gift to the
person you’re thinking of — which means when something goes
wrong, you’re talking to whoever can put it right.
