By accessing or using the Pattaya Gift website (pattaya.gift), placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Pattaya Gift is a gift delivery service operated by Send with Klaus Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand.

  1. Products and Services

We offer a curated selection of gifts including personalized printed products, flowers, chocolates, gift cards, gold and jewellery, ready-to-go gift boxes, and romantic experience packages, available for delivery nationwide across Thailand.

Some products are made via a Print on Demand process and are produced only after an order is placed. Product availability, pricing, and customization options are subject to change without prior notice.

  1. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website, live chat, or via Line, WhatsApp, or Telegram. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and Western Union. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. Your payment information is handled safely and is never stored on our servers. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment processors.

  1. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). Pattaya Gift reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged at the time of your order is final.

  1. Delivery Policy

Delivery terms are as follows:

  • Same-day delivery in Pattaya for non-Print on Demand products ordered before 2:00 PM local time.
  • 1–3 business days for standard products delivered elsewhere in Thailand.
  • Up to 10 days for Print on Demand items delivered to any Thai address.

Delivery fees: 150 THB for orders below 3,000 THB. Free delivery for orders of 3,000 THB and above.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, or public holidays. Pattaya Gift is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or other external factors.

  1. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at pattayagift@atomicmail.io or via our live chat.

Orders for Print on Demand or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these items are made specifically for you.

  1. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report an issue.
  • Refund requests must include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence where applicable.
  • Refunds are eligible if the item received is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Personalized and Print on Demand items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Perishable items (flowers, chocolates) are non-refundable if the delivery was completed successfully and on time.

  1. Return Policy

Due to the personalized and perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept physical returns in most cases. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will assess your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

For non-personalized, non-perishable items, returns may be accepted at our discretion within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Personalized and Custom Products

For Print on Demand and customized items, you are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or text you submit do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, and are not unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate. Pattaya Gift reserves the right to refuse any order containing such content without refund.

  1. Payment Security

We take the security of your payment information seriously. Our website uses HTTPS encryption across all pages. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All card payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. You can shop with confidence knowing your financial data is protected.

  1. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a transaction, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at pattayagift@atomicmail.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on pattaya.gift, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Send with Klaus Co., Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the site. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  1. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter via our website or Line, you agree to receive marketing communications from Pattaya Gift. You may unsubscribe at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Send with Klaus Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
